At Unique and Mix, we take pride in the quality of our products and carefully check every order before shipping. While returns are rare, items can sometimes be damaged during delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, broken, defective, or not as described, we will first try to replace it at no cost.
If a replacement is not available due to limited stock, we will offer a refund instead.
When placing your order, you are asked to confirm all details such as:
size
design
spelling
colour
material
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
incorrect sizes selected by the customer
incorrect designs or colours chosen by the customer
change of mind after receiving the order

All items are final sale, however we will offer a refund if:
the item arrives damaged or broken
the quality is not as promised
the item received is different from what is shown on our website
we sent the wrong size or colour
To be eligible for a refund:
the item must be unworn and unused
it must be returned in original condition and packaging
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
For K-pop albums, we can only offer a refund or replacement if:
you receive the wrong album
the item arrives damaged or broken

Returned albums must:
be unused
be in original condition and packaging
have the plastic seal intact (unopened albums only)
Albums with broken seals cannot be returned.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
If it meets our return conditions, a refund or replacement will be processed
Refunds are issued after approval
Orders for T-shirts and albums are processed daily at our overseas warehouse.
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it
After 1 hour, your order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled

At Unique and Mix, we want you to love our products as much as we do, which is why we stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. We have very low return rates and we're proud of the high-quality products that we offer. However, from time to time, the products might get broken from delivery. If an item arrives and is defective, broken, or otherwise not in usable condition, first we will attempt to replace that item free of charge. If we are unable to offer a replacement due to shortage of stock, we will instead offer a refund.
At the time you place your order, you will be asked to confirm all the details regarding the item's size, design, spelling, material, functions, etc. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for an incorrectly selected items, sizes, designs, etc. If you have any questions about placing an order, please contact us so we can make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Refund for T-shirts:
Although items for sale on our store are final sale, we are more than happy to accommodate refunds on products that arrive broken, damaged or the quality not as we promised, the products you receive are not same as the website, we send you a wrong sizes or colors. Products being returned for a refund due to the above reasons must be unworn/unused, and in their original condition to be sent back with their original packaging.

Return for Kpop Albums:
With our Kpop Albums, we can only offer refund if you receive wrong albums, damage items or broken items. We are not required to provided refund or replacement if you change your mind.
Products being returned for refund must be unused, and in their original condition to be sent back with their original packaging. The plastic sealing of albums must not be broken, otherwise, we do not accept
To claim a refund on an item as specified above, the first thing you need to do is contact us at (imea1029@gmail.com) within 48 hours of receiving your order, let us know the issues or the reasons why you want to refund the items. We will reply you within 3 - 4 hours after we receive the email from you then we will provide you our return address.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
A full refund (or replacement product) will be issued after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned product meets the qualifications to be refunded or exchanged.
