We offer flat-rate shipping of $12 Australia-wide via Australia Post.

All orders include tracking, so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping times may vary depending on stock availability and Australia Post delays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Estimated delivery times:

Metro areas: 3–7 business days

Regional/other areas: 7–15 business days
Please note:

We are not responsible for return shipping costs if an incorrect or invalid address is provided.

We are not responsible for parcels that are not collected from the post office within the required timeframe.

We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the postal carrier.
Handling

Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is received.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, excluding public holidays.
Please note that K-pop items are limited stock and may sell out quickly.
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you by email to offer:

a full refund, or

a pre-order option (pre-orders usually arrive at our warehouse within 7 days, then shipped to you).
